Be Still & Trust: 1 Day - Do I Really Trust God?
By Mary Wells
Share
Let’s begin this week by asking a bold question: Do I really trust God?
We often say we trust Him, but our actions suggest we lean more on our own thoughts. Scripture reminds us:
"Trust in the Lord with all your heart. Never rely on what you think you know. Remember the Lord in everything you do, and he will show you the right way." – Proverbs 3:5–6 (GNB)
Peace begins with trust. When you sit still in God’s presence, you begin to understand that your answers, healing, and direction aren’t found in the noise—they’re found in knowing that God is God.
Action Step: Today, take 5 minutes to sit quietly. No phone. No music. Just say, “God, I trust You.”
